Therapy sessions, provided by a chartered psychologist, are covered by major Irish insurers, including VHI, Irish Life, Laya, and Aviva. Available through online and in-person CBT psychotherapy, this therapy also supports workplace challenges, equipping you with tools for self-advocacy, managing stress, and thriving authentically in your career and personal life.
