Welcome to Intercultural Psychology,

My name is Silvana, and I am a Chartered Psychologist Specialising in Psychotherapy from the Psychological Society of Ireland and specialising in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from Trinity College Dublin. At Intercultural Psychology, we believe in evidence-based practices, and that’s why we specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is a scientifically-proven intervention designed to individualised-tailored treatment to address specific issues by identifying what’s keeping you ‘stuck’ and empowering you to change your thoughts and actions for improved emotional well-being. Our collaborative approach ensures your active involvement, with tasks provided to practice new skills during and between sessions.
